Incredibly basic
Incredibly basic, could have completed the same with a free site in less than five minutes. Terrible value, was hoping for way more detail.

Hi Tiffany -- Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry your experience with our service wasn't 5-star. You ordered a Basic Site Plan and, yes, it is very basic. As indicated in the order form, the Basic plan includes property lines (GIS data or survey data, if the client provides a survey for reference) and one existing primary structure (the house). It will not show existing accessory structures or features such as an existing driveway, patio, deck, shed, fence, pool etc. Those elements are included in the Medium Site Plan (essentially, a medium level what currently exists on the property). We can always upgrade your plan to the Medium Site Plan, which is a $20 upgrade. If you'd like to give us a call at 800-969-6415 anytime M-F, 8am-4pm MT (ask for Lisa), we can clarify further. Highly flexible billing
I really appreciate that there's no massive monthly subscription tier forcing you to pay for idle domains. The pay-per-use structure makes it incredibly easy to manage my overhead.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Was able to get a site plan within 24 hours with a new pond on the plan. Submitted that to the county and got approval for my project with no issues.
