Never got it
Never got it. Shipping address correct but billing address wrong. Where did my 72 dollars go. Not happy. Did they deliver to my incorrect billing address. Clear this up and I will give you a better rating

Excellent Customer Service and Product!
I recently purchased a carpet from Muddy Mat, and while my order arrived with some damage, I honestly could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Because of my work schedule, I wasn’t able to contact them right away, but once I finally reached out, their team was incredibly understanding, responsive, and helpful. Every response came within less than 24 hours, and sometimes within just a few minutes. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and they found a solution that worked perfectly for me. I truly was not expecting this level of customer support anymore, and it made a huge difference. The carpets themselves are amazing too. With 3 dogs and a large yard where they are constantly digging and running around, muddy paws used to be a daily problem in my hallway, living room, kitchen, and even on the couch. During rainy days, I would usually keep the dogs inside just to avoid the mess. Since getting the Muddy Mat carpets, that’s no longer necessary. Great product and outstanding customer service. I will absolutely be buying more products from them in the future.

I have 5 Muddy Mats!
I have 5 Muddy Mats, and have had them for about a month. Two for indoors in colors that match my decor, and 3 for outdoors. The outdoor mats are great and grab everything if people just wipe their feet before entering. They stand up well to weather - we've had a lot of rain this week. The indoor ones are soft enough that the cats tend to sleep on them sometimes. I think they are affordable and well worth the investment.

These mats are great and do just what…
These mats are great and do just what they advertise. I clean houses and one of my clients has 2 German shepherds, plus several dogs visiting constantly that belong to their children. These dogs swim in the pool and play in the dirt. We live in Florida where its always sandy and muddy. This family purchased several of these for all their doorways. They keep the dirt contained to the mats. Before, there would be dirt tracked all through the house. Now, it all stays in the mats. When I come weekly to clean, I just shake them out. Every other week, I wash them in the wash machine. They are super durable. Other rugs they had would eventually start breaking down from the wash machine. Not these. Washer, dryer, they come out like new. I'm going to be ordering some for my multi dog household. I tell everyone I know with dogs how great they are.

I got 2 to start with
I got 2 to start with. After that, I had to get 4 more. I love them. I got them for gifts. They look so good no matter how much you walk on them.

I would give it zero if I could!
Ordered 3 mats over a month ago and they charged my credit card right away but still haven’t received anything! Talked to a rep and they said they would expedite my order and contact me within 48hrs….heard nothing back!

Everybody needs at least one of these!
It did exactly what the commercials say it wil do. We have very sandy soil, so I end up with silty sand all over the house. This has almost completely alleviated the problem! I live in a rural paradise, so there will always be a little bit of the outside inside. The Muddy Mat is awesome!

Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic. I received the wrong color and it was exchanged for the correct one. That was my first order and I have ordered a few more. They wash and dry great 😃!

Needed to follow-up on an order
I called to follow-up on my doggie beds. I thought I had ordered 3 beds, but had only received 2. The customer service rep looked up my account, verified that I had ordered 3 beds, and the third was in Miami. I expect delivery soon!!
