Hero to Zero
Just been informed that the price is to more than double for me due to all the extras they added in the past year or two. Extras that I could happily live without and retain the old price. The worst part I asked them why they were doing such a massive increase and quickly received an email which at the bottom proudly states it is an AI generated response! How insulting, they cannot even respond via a human being instead a bot with no accountability generates a repeat of what it says on the website. Having used this company happily for years I am now looking at alternatives (of which there are quite a few).

I'm loving these reports.
MileIQ was recommended by my CPA and I have never regretted downloading the app. So much better than the old log-book I used to keep in the console--when I remembered to use it. Accurate and neat reports at the end of the tax year.
