    1 STAR WORTHY

I swear, I don’t know why I even bother with McDonald's anymore, it honestly SUCKS now! Used to be you could get a decent burger and fries without breaking the bank, but now it’s like $25 for two meals and the food is somehow SMALLER and tastes like total garbage 😤. My fries were freezing cold and soggy again, and the burger was just a greasy, smashed mess. Honestly, my dog wouldn't even eat it. I'm telling you, it’s all chemicals and trash, zero actual food, and they have the nerve to charge a fortune while I wait 20 minutes in a drive-thru that isn't even "fast" anymore. I’m DONE, from now on, I’m just making better food at home, and I’m sure it won’t give me a massive stomach ache like this rubbish always does, absolute ripoff! 😡🍔🚫

    Absurdly High Prices"Cheap" is gone

Absurdly High Prices"Cheap" is gone: Meals that were once a budget-friendly default now easily rival the cost of sit-down restaurants.Poor Value: Customers frequently complain about paying a premium for paper-thin meat patties, wilted lettuce, and tiny portion sizes.Declining Food QualityInconsistent Prep: Cold, soggy fries, unmelted cheese, and dry, overcooked burgers are a recurring complaint.Heavily Processed: The menu is packed with artificial preservatives, excessive sodium, and high saturated fats—for example, a single Big Mac contains around \(1050\text{ mg}\) of sodium and \(11\text{ g}\) of saturated fat.Menu Stagnation: New and returning items (like snack wraps) often feel botched or fail to live up to nostalgia, while healthier alternatives like salads have been completely dropped from the U.S. menu.Slow Service & InconvenienceNot "Fast" Food: Despite aggressive automated systems and kiosks, wait times in drive-thrus and dining rooms can often be painfully long.Order Accuracy: Getting the wrong items or missing ingredients is a widespread issue across locations.Corporate & Brand IssuesSterile Design: The once-iconic, brightly colored stores and distinct architectural styles have been replaced by generic gray corporate boxes with zero charm.Ethics and Labor: McDonald’s faces long-standing global criticism for its environmental footprint, reliance on factory farming, and corporate compensation practices.

    Südtiroler Platz 13 Salzburg

Südtiroler Platz 13 Salzburg. I haven't eaten such good Big Mac for years. I had no idea that depends on restaurant. Chips was also better than anywhere else. I would have to come to visit Austrian McDonald's more often.

I cant take the whole meal

The service is fast and the staff is very friendly. But to be fair, the food is a bit too fatty for my Vietnamese taste. After eating a full meal, I feel very heavy in my stomach. I think if they can add more fresh vegetables or adjust the oil, it will suit the local palate better. The fries are still the best, though!

    Fake offers

Fake offers McDonald’s has now resorted to fake offers in emails. McDonald’s have acknowledged that it is a genuine email from their company. But will not actually redeem offers. And will not explain why they are sending offers that are fake. Obviously McDonald’s are actually committing fraud and don’t care. As they are not willing to address this. My resort is to report on Trustpilot. After that is to report under the data protection act. This could incur a fine of a percentage of Worldwide GDP. So what will McDonald’s do to resolve this issue?

    MC Donalds

It seems like every year, the quality of the food gets worse, and the establishments get dirtier, the "big mac" gets smaller every year, by 2030, they should change its name to small mac
