Useful for peace of mind with health challenges
We've been using Maven to track the vitals of our two mature Golden Retrievers, one of which has severe health issues. The app is easy to use and gives us peace of mind. Highly worth checking out

Worth having
I started using Maven when I found out my miniature schnauzer was ill. Having maven and being able to watch his vitals throughout the day while at work made me feel better knowing I was able to monitor his health and receive notifications of any outliers. I purchased one for my frenchie as well. This is well worth having.

Around Christmas, I went for the the deal Maven was having on their health monitor for dogs. Since August, my dog was suffering very serious health issues: liver failure, masses on the liver (I was told cancer by 5 vets), cushings, and diabetes insipidus. I was feeding her 7 times a day because her liver could only process so much protein at a time, and giving her medicine around the clock. I was determined to do all I could for my dog to manage her health and nurse her to health. The cost of vet appointments, medicines, and treatments were adding up fast. I scrutinized the cost of every decision, including Maven. For me Maven has been worth it and has given me a peace of mind and sense of control. They now have a valuable feature where I can print off monthly reports with health data gathered from each day of the month. I use AI to help notice any patterns I may have missed in my dog's health. Also, the customer service has been very responsive, helpful, and kind when asking questions about the science and validity. Their responsiveness has also helped give me a peace of mind in a very difficult and stressful situation. I am happy to report, my dog's liver is almost functioning normal now (she is no longer in liver failure). I will continue to use Maven to monitor my dog's health and recommend giving Maven a try.

Great experience
As an owner of 2 Shih Tzu’s who don’t like being left alone, it was good to monitor their activity, not only when the house was empty but also when we were asleep. Both monitors charged quickly and were easy to attach/remove. With the project finished, we will continue to use the monitors.

Maven has been extremely valuable in managing my dogs care. In 2025 he was diagnosed with Cushings and later IBD. He just had calcium Oxalate stones removed last month. It allows me to track key health metrics—including sleep, water intake (which is critical for his Cushing’s and history of bladder stones), heart rate, activity, and respiration—in one centralized place. The platform strengthens symptom tracking by providing prompts and updates based on the data I enter. For example, when I added a new medication, it flagged potential side effects like vomiting or stool changes. It flagged increased water consumption in the days following his surgery and generated a message that this symptom is expected, which helped me monitor him more proactively. I also appreciate the ability to upload pictures and health records and generate printable reports for his veterinary team, making appointments more efficient and clinically informed. The shared access feature is another major benefit—my mom can also monitor his tracker and helps ensure consistency, even down to practical details like keeping his device charged. Overall, Maven reduces the cognitive load of managing a complex medical routine and improves coordination of care across providers. It’s a tool I now rely on heavily—and one I genuinely wish I had when caring for my dog who passed away from CKD.

perfect for a little bulldog
My 8 year old english bulldog just suffered a terrifying respiratory event/heart scare requiring hospitalization and everything, and I haven't been the same since (she bounced back quicker than me). Through the advice of a friend, they recommended looking up doggie-fit bits that may aid in tracking her breathing. I came across this product and bought it instantaneously--we have been using it every day since and I have such peace of mind that I can't even put into words. Caring for a dog with Congestive Heart Failure diagnosis
After my miniature Schnauzer was diagnosed with CHF I was frantically trying to keep track of her resting respiration. Bella’s Maven tracker makes this SO much easier and more reliable. It also makes her cardiologist appointments much more productive.

Peace of mind!
I cannot say enough good things about the Maven Pet health tracking collar. I have a 15-year-old chiweenie with Stage B2 MMVD and a collapsing trachea, so monitoring her breathing and overall health has become part of daily life. Before this collar, I felt like I was constantly watching her, counting her resting respiratory rate, and worrying about every little change. Since using the Maven collar, it has honestly taken a huge weight off my shoulders. Instead of hovering over her and second-guessing myself, I can rely on the data and trends it provides. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’ll be alerted to changes, and I can focus more on just enjoying time with her rather than stressing over numbers. For anyone with a senior dog or a pet with heart or respiratory conditions, this collar is incredibly reassuring. Maven is Top Notch
I have 3 dogs and one, Thea, was diagnosed with CHF a few weeks ago. After my heart was shattered knowing what the outcome time would be, I researched how to extend her “diagnosed life expectancy” and how to give her highest quality of life possible. With meds, diet and this great tool, I feel we are moving along and making healthy choices to have as many cuddles and walks as possible together. The detailed information Maven offers, takes the stress out of daily respiration counts and puts it into a nice and easily read summary.
