My family and I went there for Christmas and everything was amazing, staff were friendly and kind to us offering us help and support. I definitely recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with your family!

Great hospitality.
Overall experience was great. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Going forward, it would be nice to see a night club where the adults can do some dancing.

We had an amazing vacation 4/25-5/9 at LHVC. We had Junior Dominguez for our Concierge during our stay. All our dinner and lunch reservations were promptly booked. The few problems that did arise were promptly resolved. We have requested Junior for years as our representative at lifestyles. Can’t wait to go back in October.

We absolutely love coming to your resort. Junior is so awesome every time. He makes our trip very enjoyable and fun filled. He makes sure that we have everything that we need every day. I also appreciate how he will give us advice about what all to do while we are there for the week stay. If it is going to rain on certain days, he makes sure to let us know it would be a good day for a massage or another excursion. I love seeing or hearing his voice the beginning of our day at the villa. He is so funny. Always making everyone laugh and make sure we are in good spirits. I feel like he has a good sense of humor and gets along with everyone easily. I always remember how much he makes everyone laugh. Junior definitely cares about everyone in the villa. I really appreciate the snacks he will make sure we get on the middle of the day. He is just really good at making everyone happy and comfortable every day. Thank you guys for the great trip experiences!

My vacation visit was good
My vacation visit was good. JEREMY did all she could do to make our stay comfortable. We had some issues but they were worked on and our trip got much better and Jeremy was a big part of making it a success. Many small details she helped assist me and my family members to enjoy our stay. She deserves a great score and more. I will be happy to see her again.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel offers excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a very welcoming environment. The staff was professional and attentive at all times. Special appreciation to Jose Marte for his outstanding help and friendly attitude during my stay. Highly recommended!
