The Power of Attorney notary form
The Power of Attorney forms are not very thorough for legal purposes. Most importantly, your California notary form was replaced in 2015. This means if you need a notarized document recorded with the County Clerk, your notary documents get rejected and the document can not be recorded. That makes the whole process a huge waste of time and money. The new form (since 2015), must be titled : California All Purpose Acknowledgment. The only changes to the body is where is says he/she and his/her. It MUST now say he/she/they and his/her/their. It’s stupid but it keeps your notary form from being used to legally record notarized documents.

I'd say 3.5 stars
Starting a trial was easy. But I was really after JUST ONE TEMPLATE. And they asked for credit card number etc. To their credit they were transparent about the trial terms. But making a person go through the whole doc building flow and then inserting a paywall just feels wrong. There were also minor technical issues with building the doc, but the text editing functionality was good enough to resolve that.
