Technical assistance
Help was very quick and easy to follow, great customer service. Instructions were easy to follow and a persons name I could contact who knew my problem so I didnt have to explain everything again. Lily Cole did a great job to help me when I am not very technically minded.

The Lasta Wellness App and Program Customer Service, William Miller, was amazing! William answered me promptly and not only sent what I was missing, but continued to check on me, to assure that I had everything to start and be comfortable with the program.
