For an 85 year old guy with limited…
For an 85 year old guy with limited iphone and computer knowledge, the online notary patiently guided me through the entire experience. This was a great experience because I saved money and time.
This was a great experience because the deed was created and filed immediately. The notary process was completed on line and telephone. I was nervous and couldn’t follow the instructions but Liz Hernandez was so kind and accommodating to me. She had so much patience. I received a copy of the document. I’m ashamed to add that I checked my county records and of course the deed was there - filed! One more thing, I saved hundreds of dollars, and time by using Lady Bird Deed Now instead of the law firms that I called.
