Patient professional Customer Service Rep helped with size choice for my shoes & was able to adjust my order quickly. The shoes are great for QiGong, which I have been doing for 20+ years with shoes that did not allow me to feel the ground. I walk outside with them too for balance. Delivery was smooth. Shoes are made of breathable cotton & there is plenty of room to curl my toes with each step.

If I can give them a zero I would
If I can give them a zero I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at KUFU4LESS.COM. I placed an order on the 8th and received a confirmation email stating that it shipped on the 12th via UPS Ground. However, when I checked the tracking information, it indicated that the item was never actually shipped. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was taken aback by the representative's unprofessional attitude. Instead of addressing the issue, he blamed me and UPS for the situation. Thank you, KUFU4LESS.COM. As a result, my 11-year-old son will not have his uniform for the tournament tomorrow, which is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund as soon as the item (if it ever arrives) is received. I will not be ordering nor will I ever recommend you to anyone.

Have reasonable expectations. When an order is placed on Friday night (5/8), it is not processed until Monday morning, as we are closed on weekends. Our policy allows for 3 business days to ship an order. Your order was shipped on Wednesday—within that 3-day window—and was delivered on Saturday, which is well within the standard timeframe. If you required the item sooner, expedited shipping should have been selected, or you could have notified us of the specific date you needed it by. Your order was shipped on time and delivered within the allowed timeframe; you simply had unrealistic expectations.
