Very disappointed
At night, I placed an order and had to wait for about one hour. When my order arrived, it was completely cold. The quality was very poor. The chicken pieces seemed to have only a thin coating over the bones, and the burger quality was also very disappointing — it felt like something bought from a roadside cart. Overall, the experience was extremely unsatisfactory, and the entire order went to waste. I will never order from KFC again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

We purchased a 16 piece family Mill
We purchased a 16 piece family Mill, which cost $58 and some change. I am not complaining about the chicken. The chicken is always good although the eight biscuits were jammed into the box and you couldn’t even separate them. It look like a big ball of dough I took a picture but I’m really not sure how to send it to you but I’m very disappointed I know everything is expensive these days but $58 you expect the biscuits to be in good shape, this was in Marion Illinois and I thought you should know because I was very disappointed once we drove home because we live in West Frankfurt at 12 miles away. My name is Julie Wagner my address is 2014 East Elm St. in West Frankfurt Illinois just like a response from someone we don’t get it very often. We drove the 12 miles just to get the chicken. I should’ve checked the biscuits I guess but I guess I figured that I wouldn’t need to thank you for your time .

I went to the KFC by me in Hudson Florida or you may call it Bayonet Point on US 19 the store numbers g133055 I haven't been for a while prices are getting so high but I went and ordered the 12 piece original chicken with the three sides and when I got home my chicken was very well over cooked I was extremely disappointed that I was expecting a good experience with Kentucky Fried Chicken and I didn't get it I would request a refund back on my money but I can't even read my receipt to get a phone number so I don't know if they didn't change the grease enough or they overcooked it or what but it was pretty well overdone very very disappointed.

Always hits the spot!
You just can't beat that original recipe. Seriously, it's perfect every time. My family loves to grab a bucket for movie night, and it's always hot, fresh, and unbelievably delicious chicken. And the mashed potatoes and gravy? Don't even get me started!

Great value for family meals
It's getting harder to feed a whole family without breaking the bank, but KFC does a great job with their meal deals. We got a fill-up box recently, and everyone found something they liked. The chicken was juicy, and everyone loved the biscuits. It's a reliable choice for a treat night.

Fresh and flavorful chicken
Visited our local KFC and was really impressed. The chicken (both original and crispy) tasted so fresh, not greasy at all. The staff were friendly and efficient, and we got our order quickly. It's nice to know you can count on consistently good food when you're craving some fried chicken.
