We bought a freezer and refrigerator for our business what online says deliver between 3 to 5 business days, and surprise just received the freezer and refrigerator is about waiting to July 20 expecting shipping, insane this.

I bought a 5000 ice maker from KaTom
I bought a 5000 ice maker from KaTom. It arrived initially in a crushed box. I sent back unopened because the local delivery truck said they would not delivery without pictures of the damage. So, it took two weeks to hear back from KaTom. They called and said they understood and would send back another unit. WELL, they did not tell me when it was going to arrive, even though I emailed asking this. The unit showed up when we were out of town. The local place told me they would hold it and then decided not too and sent it back. As such, KaTom, has now charged me for the second shipping and refunded the balance. I emailed there several times and they have not responded. Don't trust the product to arrive undamaged and don't trust them to communicate effectively! The screwed me because of THEIR mistakes and shipping company mistakes.
