The Upgrade and Service We Were Looking For
Switching to Jersey Watch has been a great experience for our organization. Their features are a major step up from where we previously hosted our website, and I especially appreciate how easy it is to make edits on the fly from my phone when needed. I’ve also had consistently excellent experiences with their help desk and customer service team. First, it’s refreshing to be able to speak with an actual human when problem-solving. Second, their team is attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and work through solutions. One thing I’ve really appreciated is that they’re also open to feedback and suggestions on ways to improve their system, which says a lot about how much they care about their users’ experience. From the platform itself to the customer support team, I would absolutely recommend Jersey Watch. 5/5 experience.
