Great Customer Service from Laurence with Ispring
I sincerely thank Laurence from iSpring support for helping resolve my RO500 issue the second time. He was patient, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. The actual kit is great
The actual kit is great. I discovered an old lead pipe so I needed the filter for that. First time ordering any filter. I got the KDF+GAC system. Amazon UK delivered as usual. I didn't realise it was U.S. NPT. Surprisingly it was straightforward. Different to 1 inch brass compression fitting. Had to make sure it was absolutely straight before the plastic thread accepted it properly. The actual filters screwed in by hand easily and are leak free. The actual metal body has some good weight to it. Initial few minutes of water flushed everything out of the 50 metre run. You could see the colour change. Now it's much clearer and tastes much cleaner. Hopefully lasts for years to come. Many Thanks Laurence.

Amazing service from iSpring
I purchased the iSpring WGB32B water filtration system from Costco. As a DIY I unknowingly soldered a copper joint too close to the filter head and damaged the unit. I called the support number provided in the installation instructions manual and spoke with John. I explained my situation and he immediately without hesitation explained why the close proximity heat damaged the unit, and he asked me to send an email with some information, and upon receipt he would ensure a new machine head would be sent to my address. I received the new unit free of charge within 5 days. Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced. After researching many water filtration systems I chose iSpring and I'm incredibly happy I did.
