Good Service and Fast Shipping, But Packaging Could Improve
Ordering from International Plastics was a smooth experience overall. The website was easy to use, customer service was responsive, and my order shipped faster than expected. The products themselves matched the description and worked well for what we needed. I also appreciated the follow-up communication from the team to make sure everything arrived correctly. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the outer packaging arrived slightly damaged during shipping. Thankfully the bags inside were still usable, but I think adding extra protection to heavier shipments would help prevent this issue in the future. Overall, I had a positive experience and would order from them again, especially because their customer support was quick to respond and helpful throughout the process.

We really liked the bags that were…
We really liked the bags that were created. They will be great for us to use for our lunches that we provide for the families during the summer. The length is a little longer so that will be awesome.
