Inca Experts was Inca-credible!
We (2 couples ages 59-65) used Inca Expert Travel to plan and coordinate our first trip to South America. Although both couples had traveled extensively through Europe and some to Asia, we were cautious about traveling to Peru. Melany from Inca Expert did an exceptional job with planning, communication, customization, and execution of our trip. We wanted to see Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca and then customized our trip by adding an extra day in the Sacred Valley. Melany from Inca Expert provided timely communication to all of us during the trip planning and resolved a small hiccup late on a Sunday evening. Transportation throughout the trip was exceptional. There was always someone at each destination to guide us to our hotel or next destination. Drivers were always on time, attentive, and the vans were spotless. Inca Expert arranged for two private guides for tours around Cusco (Thanks Ruth!) and Machu Picchu (Thanks Peter!). Both were extremely knowledgeable, great photographers (we took a lot of group photos), and took the time to answer our questions. The hotels provided by Inca Expert were top notch. We upgraded our hotel in the Sacred Valley (Sol y Luna) and it was like we were staying in a botanic garden. Bottled and/or filtered water was provided at every hotel eliminating any worries we had about sickness during our travel. We cannot recommend Inca Expert any higher. They made our bucket list adventure a trip to remember.

Lima and Machu Picchu Tour
I reached out to Inca Expert to plan a birthday trip to Peru. We had the privilege of working with our incredible travel advisor Ego. Once Ego knew our time and budget, he quickly put a plan together for us iterated on it with us. In the end, the six-day trip was perfectly planned and executed flawlessly. Everything was so simple for us, from tickets to hotels to transportation, because of Ego’s efforts. We met many wonderful tour guides and drivers during our trip. They were all professional, knowledgeable, and always on time. Sandra who gave us the Lima city tour taught us a lot about Peruvian history. Mari gave us the best food tour in Lima. Enrique was very enthusiastic and gave us a fabulous tour of the Sacred Valley and the Cusco city. Our Machu Picchu tour guide Darcy was so knowledgeable, fun, and kind. He took incredible photos as well! Overall it was such an effortless and memorable trip. We will not hesitate to reach out to Ego for our next trip.

We had a wonderful experience with Inca Expert Travel on our visit to Cusco, Sacred Valley, Pisac, Maras, Moray, Chinchero and Machu Picchu! Everything was well planned out and organized. All the guides and drivers were professional and very nice. Starting with Giselle by internet who took into consideration all our needs. She communicated very well with us and took care of every detail so our trip would go smoothly. Our tour guide, Edson was excellent! Very knowledgeable, spoke English very well, was professional and nice to be with. Also, Piero who made sure we got where we needed to be and made sure we had no worries. All the drivers were excellent, reliable and safe to travel with. I highly recommend Inca Expert Travel!!

It was an amazing journey!!!
The hotels, the guides and the tours were perfectly selected!! The emergency contact in each city answered immediately and were really helpful. Galapagos adventure will be a lifetime experience, but our cabin was on the lower deck and the motor noise was unbearable; we weren’t advised on it 😢

Visiting Peru was a life long dream
Visiting Peru was a life long dream. Thankfully friends recommended Maria and Inca Travel. Maria organized everything. It was truly magic to be met in each new locale and have knowledgeable guides. Never a worry, it all just happened. Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Lima were seen and every moment relished. Memories to be treasured. Thank you Inca Travel and Maria for your expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I have already done so to several friends.

Perfect trip!

My wife and I have traveled quite a bit…
My wife and I have traveled quite a bit abroad over the years. This was our first ‘Private Tour’ and Inca Travel Experts nailed it. The guides, drivers, support folks and our main contact, Silvia, were awesome! I highly recommend them! You will not disappoint!

Private tours with Inca Expert Travel is worth it
Our flight was delayed 3 hours and we thought we would be getting ourself to the hotel since we weren't going to land until 2:30 a.m., but Rosie was there and we were so happy to see her and to know she had been tracking our flight. Later that day we met Gustavo who gave us a tour of Lima. Gustavo was very kind and knowledgeable and gave a few recommendations to have dinner. The hotel in Lima was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. We flew from Lima to Cusco and was greeted by Laura, who gave us the information for the rest of the week. She explained which tickets to use when and numbered them so it was less confusing. The hotel in Cusco was recently remodeled and very nice and comfortable. The chef there is excellent. We spent the next two days with MaryLou and Nico. MaryLou is special and we enjoyed our time with her. When it was time to head to the train in Ollantaytambo, she made sure we go to where we needed to be. The train was delayed a little and MaryLou made sure to let us know it was delayed and that everything was ok. When we got to Machu Picchu, we were met by Rodrigo. I shared that I had a knee brace and had trouble with stairs and he made sure that I was ok during all our trek through circuit 1 and 3. MaryLou and Rodrigo are excellent photographers by the way. We have some great pictures of our adventure. The hotel in Machu Picchu was amazing. Our room had a view of the river. Sleeping at night to the sound of the river was so relaxing. If you are looking to book a trip to Peru, I highly recommend Inca Expert Travel. If you can, book the private tours. The experience is worth it.

We visited the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Cusco. Maximilano did a great job setting everything up for us. We were met at the airport and everything was handled for us. We felt safe and in great hands the entire trip. I highly recommend Inca Travel Experts!
