We recently brought home our Cavapoo…
We recently brought home our Cavapoo puppy through HonestPet and had a very good experience overall. Like many people, we were cautious at the beginning and did a lot of research before moving forward. The HonestPet team was patient with our questions and helped guide us through the process. We appreciated being able to have a live video call before finalizing everything, which helped us feel much more comfortable. Communication during the transport process was also very good, and the delivery team kept us updated along the way. Our puppy arrived safely, healthy, and exactly as expected. She has already become a beloved member of our family. We even changed her name from Sasha to Cappuccino (“Cappy”) because of her coloring 😄. A special thank you to Susie for guiding us through the process and to Brooke for the training and support resources before and after our puppy arrived. We are very happy with how everything worked out and grateful to HonestPet for helping us find our new family member.

I highly recommend Honest Pet if you’re looking for a puppy
My first encounter with HonestPet was with Stormi. She was so sweet, when I told her the puppy I was looking for she worked very hard to find my tiny Mighty Dave. He is perfect, just love him. Mallory has been wonderful since the beginning. The wonderful couple that drove him to me were so kind. They took a picture of us, that was very special. I will never forget any of them. It was so smooth.

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great. Susie and Laila worked with me to secure the perfect pup. Michelle in transport was thorough and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Our toy Cavapoo was delivered this past Sunday and transport was amazing. She is 8 weeks old and already potty trained upon arrival, which we could not believe. The breeder did a wonderful job as well as Honestpet. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for a puppy. It is 100% worth it. Thank you all for the amazing experience.

Overall good, but some concerns.
Overall, my experience with Honest Pet has been a good one. I got my puppy this past Friday (3/27/26). I had to pick her up, because the delivery time was not an ideal time or date, so I drove 7.5 hours one way to pick her up (to no fault of Honestpet, or the transport company themselves, they were all quick to respond and were helpful with questions about delivery.) I could have had them deliver her another date, but I had already waited what felt like an eternity, and I was impatient. She is absolutely adorable and is the exact puppy that I expected from the photos. I was extremely skeptical about buying a puppy online, and to my surprise, it was legit. I do have concerns however. First one isn’t a huge deal to me as I don’t plan to breed her or put her in shows or anything where it really matters, but to someone else it might. For the price of these puppies, I expected them to be officially AKC registered, and come with papers. My particular puppy did not. (I got a miniature long hair dachshund.) I am able to “register” her with AKC partners, which from what I understand is kinda pointless, as it is only for dogs that are not able to be registered officially. I paid over 5k for her, and I find it insane that for that price she isn’t officially AKC registered. Which makes me wonder if the breeders are reputable and not a backyard breeding situation. Which leads me to another concern, which is for the price you pay for the puppies, I feel they should be expected to have the puppies vaccinated by an actual veterinarian, not the breeder. I just find it hard to trust it was done, and done correctly unless done or supervised at least by a licensed veterinarian. She seems healthy, and happy, and fits right in with our family. I do not regret buying from HonestPet, I just wish there was more “proof” of the legitimacy of the breeders. I purchased a puppy from pet land and they even provided proof of the breeders property being inspected, and information on the breeders themselves. I was hoping for the same information with this company. But in my case, all I got was some vague vet records, information on the complementary 30 day insurance, and some guides on what to expect with a new puppy, and some info on training stuff. No real “paperwork” or proof of purchase or anything like that. I just feel for the price you pay, they should be a little more transparent about the breeders, and unless specifically listed as a mixed breed, should be AKC certified puppies. Again though, I am overall happy with the experience, and absolutely love my puppy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and answered questions and did what they could to ease my mind throughout the process.

honest Pet is TOP GUN in finding your dream puppy !
I would have even gone higher than 5 stars if it were allowed ! The professionalism, genuine care & patience & attention to detail was truly unmatched. Includes the salesperson Tiffany right down to white glove delivery from Legacy trans. I like to give special thanks to their customer care specialist Brooke. She went above & beyond to make this a true dream experience for me !

I think this company is very well…
I think this company is very well managed first off….when my girlfriend and I were looking for a puppy we spoke to Laila. That only made our experience even better she helped us find a little guy named Dwight and he’s been home for about 3 weeks now. He is smart, playful, happy and most of all he is just what we saw in the pictures! Don’t worry if you get a dog from here…I assure you will love them!
