I was given a home expert who said she was going to stay with us through the whole process and gave me a number to text messages because I work 10 hrs during business hours. The last response from her was the 1st day we talked. I am wanting to start this process and need the expert to help us. I've left several messages for 2days and No response.

Laura was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and knew exactly what questions to ask me so that way we would have a better idea on how to proceed! She stated she would send me an email to follow up which she did very quickly with all of her contact information and went over in detail what we spoke about in our conversation over the phone! My first impression of the company is amazing!
