Great customer service
Our Rally trial had an unexpectedly large entry so we needed more ribbons. In a week we had all we needed in hand. The best part was that the original shipping cost for a rush order was very high, but they were willing to give us the difference back after shipment was lower than what we expected!

Your Customer Service was excellent. Your delivery of 500 pins was well ahead of schedule. We have them in time for our 250th celebration and the execution of the pins is great. The vector artwork which we created was worrying to me as I had never used it before. The next time I will definitely come to Hodges.

Decent, but a few hiccups...
Ordered some custom rosettes for our annual dog show. The quality of the ribbons themselves was really good, vibrant colors and well made. However, the delivery took a bit longer than expected, and we had to chase them a couple of times. Not a huge deal, but definitely worth noting if you're on a tight deadline.

Okay for basic stuff, but limited options
Got some standard blue ribbons for our local fair. They were fine, nothing amazing but did the job. When I inquired about a more complex design for a special award, the options felt a bit limited compared to what I'd hoped for. Pricing was reasonable for what we got, though.

Thrilled with our championship medals!
Hodges Badge Company knocked it out of the park with our championship medals! The detail on the engraving was fantastic, and the weight of the medals felt really substantial. Our athletes were so proud to receive them. Definitely using them again for next year's event.
