Did not receive delivery - I called to request a different address and was assured it wouldn't be a problem.

Vegetables are not the freshest
Vegetables are not the freshest. The computer preselects so you have to remember to remove those items first before choosing your meals for the week. Why not start with a clean slate?

Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address, those people were not home for the holiday and I had no idea what street that number was on and ice melted, so my salad was wilted and my fish and meats were just cool! I got two orders this week, it is just a mess your systems is all confused!

2 of our deliveries were 2 days late. Everything in the box was completely thawed out. I've sent 3 messages and have not heard back. We've always enjoyed Hello Fresh but this has tainted our opinion.

I like the recipes
I like the recipes, but the portions are too small, I got it for 2 portions and its been 3 times from 1 box that I have to make something else to fill up. Also they said free breakfast for life and I didn't got any breakfast delivered 😕

While the meals have been delicious
While the meals have been delicious, the portion of protein is not nearly enough. We find ourselves looking for more food after finishing dinner. They have the option to add more protein for an added cost but at that rate I could order a healthy meal from a restaurant and not have to cook.
