I put in my order.. I was told it would process in 3 days, the carrier hasn't updated anything, it just says "we will provide a shipping date as soon as we receive the package " after reading some reviews similar to my experience.. I wouldn't recommend buying in the future. No phone number to call customer service. I would honestly cancel my order if it was possible. Cancelations are difficult, and I'm not even sure if what I purchased is in stock at this point... Just stuck playing the waiting game.

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. Do not purchase anything from them. They lie about their service and will not let you cancel. I had to dispute the charges to my card because they wouldn't cancel my order.

You did not send me everything I paid for. The bag and optic were not included according to the FFL when I completed the transfer. Since then I have emailed you twice and gotten no response. I will not do business with you again.

Ridiculous customer service.
Ridiculous customer service. No way to reach a person. Received a firearm with a completely broken off forward assist. No way to communicate they avoid customer interactions. NEVER PURCHASE

Deceptive advertising
I purchased a used Remington 11-87 that was advertised as “good” condition. The photos showed no signs of excessive wear or issues. The transfer went smoothly; however, once the Shotgun was received it was found to have numerous cosmetic defects not divulged or shown in the advertised photos. After an inspection by the receiving FFL and gunsmith, it was found that the barrel was off line by approximately 1/8 inch, a cracked hand grip and gouges and scratches to the stock. The gas port had also been repaired. After emailing the company due to no dedicated contact representative to speak with, I was told that it should have been expected to have damage and wear. And while this is somewhat accurate, it wasn’t divulged and the photos were misleading. The value of the gun which was determined by the receiving FFL was approximately half of what was paid. While Guns.com deals in used firearms they are deceptive in their representation of their products and their customer service isn’t user friendly. I will never purchase anything from them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone seeking a good quality used firearm at a reasonable price. Honesty is paramount in my opinion this company lacks it.
