Unbelievable customer service
Bryce who handled my tech issue went above and beyond to fix my problem. Moved me over to Airo, credited my account and then made sure I copied and pasted code to the new website and waited till everything populated and worked. This is truly what customer service should be like. Pretty incredible!!!!

This company I a total scam!!
This company I a total scam!!! They stole my domain due to delay in the renewal for 1 months and now they are selling it as a premium domain for $3,466.00 … then I tried to buy another domain recently for another project and I selected the name in plural and singular, both were $1 something, as I didn’t buy together I tried to buy the other on after processed the first , then they took it in hold as a Premium domain and now they are selling it by $3,466 THE SAME DAY!!!! not even 1 week after… 1 minute after!!! They are fishing domains to steal from you!!!

You won't get a refund - or good service!
While I was registering a new domain, there was a pop-up for a toll-free number. After clicking on it, it turned out it was the ad was completely misleading but I was charged immediately. GoDaddy has only a 3-day refund policy, which is outrageous. I wasn't able to get my money back. I complained about the misleading advertising to the customer service agent and requested a response to my complaint. I was told that wasn't possible. I've been a customer for many years and don't appreciate being treated like that. I have no toll-free number, no refund and no response. If I could, I would leave this company so I will be definitely looking for a replacement.

Decent for basics, but upsells are annoying
GoDaddy got my domain set up without too much fuss, and their website builder was okay for getting a simple page live. But man, the constant upselling for every little thing gets old fast. Like I just want to host a small site, not build an empire, lay off the pop-ups and emails about SEO packages I don't need.

Easy to get started with my small business site
I'm not super tech-savvy, so GoDaddy's tools for building my small craft business website were a lifesaver. The templates were good, and I even used their logo maker which was surprisingly decent. It felt pretty intuitive to get everything published, and customer support helped me out once with a minor email issue.

Fantastic support and great domain management
Moved all my domains over to GoDaddy and it's been a smooth experience. Their interface for managing DNS records is straightforward. What really stood out though was the customer service; I had a complex migration question and they were incredibly knowledgeable and patient walking me through it. Really impressed with the value.
