They messed up my home address
They messed up my home address. So I have to pay twice shipping cost in order to get the product I ordered.

Hi Joy , we are sorry you are unhappy about the cost of reshipping the package but we shipped to the exact address you provided when you placed the order online. You can verify this by checking the automated order confirmation email you received when you placed the order. The package came back to us as undeliverable because a few of the digits in the house number were reversed. When you provided us with the correct address we reshipped it but we did need to charge you for the second shipping attempt which you agreed to. Always get the right part and usually within a couple of days at most. Mark is real helpful, He has even found parts for the Mercedes from someone else when he didn't carry the part
