Finally understand my numbers!
Honestly, before Fully Accountable, our finances were a mess. We knew we were making sales but couldn't really tell where the money was going or if we were truly profitable after all the costs. Their team came in, sorted everything out, and now I actually understand our cash flow. It's been a game-changer for making decisions, like knowing when to invest in more inventory versus holding off.

Service felt too cookie-cutter
We hired Fully Accountable hoping for that 'tailored' service they promised, but it just felt like we were another number. Our dedicated accountant changed a few times, which made continuity tough. While they did process invoices, the proactive advice or deep dive into specific e-commerce challenges we have wasn't really there. Expected more for the cost.
