Great bike!
So far, my husband LOVES the bike. He got a ton of accessories for it, he’s comfortable. It’s user-friendly and fairly easy to set up. He’s a mechanic so the challenge wasn’t too intimidating 😅. The company offered amazing customer service from the start! Thanks to Kenny and his great communication, we received the bike on time :) Will definitely be looking into this company when I’m ready to get one myself!

Freesky Rocky Pro A-320 20” eBike
This eBike has been a great joy to own and ride, so far. I was looking about 8 months for an eBike that would provide me a positive experience and fun to ride! I’m about 5’ 11”, 200 pounds and almost 70 yrs old. I looked at the 26” eBikes vs the 20” eBike and really like the lower center of gravity and stableness this eBike gives me. The wide tires are very stable around corners and on dirt surfaces. The eBike came without any damage, packaged really well and took under an hour to assemble and take my first ride. The eBike is a bit lighter than most 26” eBikes, very fast and the suspension in front and back takes a lot of the bumps out of my back. The hydraulic brakes and large disks are great for responsive stopping power. The seat is actually more comfortable than I thought it would be. The NFC access badge makes it very easy to turn on and off the eBike control panel display. The battery lasts for many miles and is easy to remove and replace when needed. Charging the battery is easy in the eBike or out of the eBike. I like the certifications the eBike has gone through, and the use of the Samsung battery pack. The control panel display is easy to use, and see even in the Arizona sun. I picked this eBike also because I can easily attach a Hiplock bike lock to the back frame and bike rack. I added a back rack to easily carry groceries or other items. With the crazy drivers in our cities, adding mirrors was a great decision. Beware of local laws, especially with the class 3 eBike. In many cities and states rules can be stricter vs class 1 and 2. Daisy at Freesky was great for pre and post sales questions. I greatly appreciate the fast and very helpful assistance to my requests. Freesky eBikes make a great eBike and customer service has been very responsive and supportive. The only challenge I see, will be dealing with the Arizona heat and how the battery holds up.

I really love my Freesky Swift Horse—it works great and has been very reliable! When I needed support, Carl responded quickly and made sure I got the replacement parts without any hassle. There was a small mix-up at first, but it was handled quickly and everything is working perfectly now. Fantastic service—I highly recommend Freesky.

I love my Swift Horse Pro
I love my Swift Horse Pro, very comfortable, sturdy and well built. This thing is fast..... I had a small issue with the interface, I contacted customer support [Marvin] and he solved the problem immediately, even on the weekend. Great customer service. I do and will recommend Freesky to everyone.

Customer Service - 5 star
I think the best part of this whole purchase was the customer service. Kenny handled a return of a second bike with no problems whatsoever. The bike was too big for my wife. Follow up was amazing. The bike is exceptional as well. Easy to put together and great reviews. I finally got to ride and the bike was excellent. I purchased because a friend purchased one the year before and gave it great reviews.

Freesky is an amazing company!
100 out of 5 Star service! Freesky really went above and beyond with their customer service. They sent me a whole new screen after I had a little accident on my bike. Also a new twist throttle when I first got my bike. Now my bike is running perfect again and looks a little better with the cool new screen they gave me.

Great Bike
I have recently purchased a Nova B 360 and I'm really surprised just how good the bike is. Good build quality and a joy to ride. Excellent customer support. If anybody is in the market for an e-bike I would highly recommend a FreeSky.
