Foodpanda Pakistan has become an extremely unreliable platform. Almost every other day we order food and receive it completely cold, stale, and sometimes not even in edible condition. When we refuse the order because the food is not fit to eat, the riders are the ones left standing at our doors helpless, stressed, and even crying because they have no proper direct support from Foodpanda or the restaurants. The entire burden falls on customers and riders while Foodpanda and restaurants stay protected. Riders are treated unfairly and customers are left frustrated with no proper solution. There is no easy or decent complaint system available. We waste time searching through the app trying to find a way to report issues, but there is no clear customer support or immediate complaint option when problems happen. Foodpanda charges high delivery and service fees, yet fails to provide reliable service, proper quality control, or effective customer support. If food arrives cold, damaged, or inedible, Foodpanda should take full responsibility instead of leaving riders and customers to suffer alone. A company operating at this scale should have: • A proper live complaint system • Faster refund and replacement options • Accountability for restaurants sending poor-quality food • Better support for riders • Real customer care instead of automated replies. Customers are paying for convenience and quality, not stress and disappointment. Foodpanda seriously needs to improve its overall service, complaint handling, food quality monitoring, and treatment of riders before more people lose trust in the platform.

Hey peeps, please avoid using Debit or Credit cards for this Thug service, these guy are thieves, pure and simple. I cancelled my ready made order, before even they had cooked it, and these thugs deducted my money, even though I selected the option of COD. Plus their customer support is the worst! 🤬😡

If you’re looking to be embarrassed in front of your guests, have your kids go hungry, or simply be left waiting without any clarity, then go ahead and order from Foodpanda Pakistan. I placed an order at 15:47 and waited nearly an hour. As my patience started running out, I tried contacting customer support, only to realize there’s no proper way to speak to a representative. After some effort, I managed to find a number, but it turned out to be a vendor helpline, and they refused to assist me. At 17:27, I finally received a message from a rider saying he was about to pick up the order from the restaurant. By that point, I had already waited far too long, so I requested him to cancel the order. He told me he couldn’t do that. I have all the screenshots and I’m seriously considering taking legal action. This level of service is unacceptable, and the situation was genuinely embarrassing.

Does food panda hires harasser riders
Food Panda riders are the worst; they are lazy, their boxes are torn, the food is always received cold, or sometimes not edible. Which is why I rarely use them, but yesterday I had a worse experience with them. The rider provided me food after half an hour of his diparture which was almost 15mins distant in actual, the box as open, i asked him on which he did mischief and asked for extra 100, I gave him that 100 extra to get rid of him, later when i wrote review and complaint against him, the food panda dedcted whole amount of order from him. That's where he started behaving like evil, he gave my number to someone who started calling me, harassing me, and abusing me. I had to involve my male members, and he abused them, too. The threat of the police, we said ok bring the police, we are waiting. The rider kept standing at the gate. I will not go until you pay me the whole amount. The two of them were the worst, and so many like them I have been continuously listening to about. We always give tips to riders for their work, but that man had been the worst. Well, later we gave him money, and in the evening the bad man again called me and harassed me; this is how they ruin your life. I have a complaint F.I.R in the police station. And yes, food panda has no emergency phone number, only slow live chat, on which they rarely help you out.
