Top Notch Customer Service!
I recently contacted FlexPro Meals about what I thought was a discrepancy with my plan discounts. RJ got back to me via email very quickly and explained how they worked, but also offered another discount for the confusion.

Today, I received a call from a representative by the name of RJ
this gentleman’s customer service was spot on. He gave me all the answers I needed and explained thoroughly of what would proceeds the subscriptions transactions. In addition he helped give me an additional discount for being in the military. I’d give this man a raise!!

I had a concern where I was missing…
majority of my meals upon delivery. I had sent a message via text and the Account Manager, RJ was punctual and very helpful and quick with resolving the issue. 10/10 experience for sure.

THE BEST MEALS
Flexpro has improved their food quality big time and customer service is always helpful and very responsive! France, has been great at helping me with my orders for the last couple months and i’ve had zero issues as he is always on top with what i needed like placing my orders manually, answering my questions, and fast response. Keep up the great work flexpro team!!

Food showed up saturated and wet, poor customer service
My food showed up in a box but inside that box they were in a bag tied in a knot with a few freeze pouches. Not sure what happen on their journey but everything was saturated, labels were so bad you can’t even see what each meal is. Also one of the cool pack had burst and there was the Jell chemical over everything too. Emailed right away to explain and they didn’t care. I asked to cancel my account and it was suggested I just suspend it or I will lose my discounts. The other issue was they charged me again 2 days later for the following week supply when I hadn’t even got to check out the food yet. I expressed my concern again that they glazed right over the condition my food showed up in and rather than apologise or do anything to rectify they just cancelled my account like I had asked. Really bad customer service.
