Decent, but not quite perfect fit
Finalysiz did an okay job with our initial bookkeeping setup. The team was responsive, and they definitely know their stuff when it comes to the technical aspects. However, I felt like they didn't quite grasp the unique nuances of our specific industry, leading to a few back-and-forth adjustments. We're still with them, but I'm keeping an eye on things.

Really let us down on fundraising
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the fundraising support. We engaged Finalysiz mainly for that, given their claims of helping businesses raise capital. The initial models looked promising, but the actual outreach and investor connections were minimal and felt quite generic. We ended up doing most of the legwork ourselves, which wasn't the point of hiring them.

Tax consulting was a headache
Our experience with their tax consulting was a mess. There were multiple miscommunications, and it felt like we had to double-check everything they did. The process was lengthy and stressful, which is the exact opposite of what you want when hiring professionals for tax matters. Not sure if we'll be using them again for that.
