I booked two tickets for a show in…
I booked two tickets for a show in Perth, and after 3 weeks Fever sent me an email saying the event had been cancelled for reasons beyond their control. In the same email, they said they would issue a voucher that must be used within 60 days, or if I wanted a refund, I had to personally send them a request letter! So basically, they kept my 60 AUD unless I chased them for my own money. How is something like this even legal? How can a company just hold onto customers’ money after cancelling an event? Stay away.

Great date night.
It was so much fun. The actors were great The drinks were delicious. I loved that the crowd dressed up. So much more fun than a movie.

We paid for grandstand seats for the DroneArt Show in Bath UK. When we arrived we were told that there were no more seats left in the grandstand and to find seats elsewhere. This was impossible. We weren’t the only ones this happened to. There were probably 20-30 other people in the same situation including older people who clearly couldn’t sit on the ground or stand up for the duration of the show. It was disgusting. We ended up finding a concrete step to sit on and left early because our butts and backs were aching. Very disappointed.
