The taste is good but it would be more options of low calories below 500. Also if the delivery person would ring the door bell.

Overall great quality food
Overall great quality food. Recently I've had a few rubbery chicken "breasts" that were inedible. If I get any more I'm going to have to change my review.

Factur75 totally not worth the hype
After 300 dollars charged to my card, my 3rd delivery was today 5/26. Every single meal in the giant box was expired. I'm really upset and the app doesn't work half the time. I'm done.

You sent me meal even though I skipped. Moreover one of the emails is beef which is a forbidden meat (religious reasons) and is never selected by me.

I have not received my box yet- the tracking says the delivery is at my house but there is no one in sight. The delivery window was 8am to 8p

If I could give zero stars I would but…
If I could give zero stars I would but instead I’ll leave this review. I ordered 14 meals and was immediately charged, I was looking forward to trying this service and awaited my delivery date. That sadly came and went with an email saying it was delayed with very little explanation. The delivery was to be made the next day so I waited and checked my tracking and it now states it’s missing and my csr at Factor made a bunch of excuses as to why I’m not getting the meal plan I paid for and how they use 3rd party couriers to deliver and that they aren’t responsible for them and that they can only say sorry and will refund my money in 5-10 business days. Factor is responsible as they contracted with that 3rd party service who picked up the order but now it’s missing which is suspect because I can see the tracking and it very much looks like the delivery driver is a thief. Do not order from them, it’s overpriced and in my experience you’ll never receive it!

Only received 2 boxes instead of 4. Referred my neighbor and he received his 1st box with 1 meal missing. Bad day for delivery today. Not a good impression for someone I referred.
