Our Grandson is home again
Liz was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She seems to TRULY care about her clients and their loved ones. Getting our Grandson's diamond back home was truly beautiful. Liz made a difficult time easier. Thank you to the Eterneva team, would highly recommend to anyone.

Using Eterneva was the best decision I made
Using Eterneva was the best decision I made. My coordinator, Jeanette, at the Eterneva designing division was amazing. The videos from the lab as my husband went through the process of creation was so helpful to stay connected. I would highly recommend doing this, if you can afford it.

From the very beginning Jacob (advisor to start the process), Liz (Care Team member) and Laura (jewelry designer 🥰) made me feel like family and guided me through this beautiful, emotional process. Adelle (co-owner) even reached out to make sure my ring was everything I wanted and it was perfect. They sent updates and videos of every part of the process and each update melted my heart. Now I am able to wear my sweet Lola on my finger and I she is always with me.

Amazing
Amazing! I felt like a part of the family. My pig, Wilma, was our 1st pet as a couple. We got her at 8 wks old and she lived to almost 21! She was like our child. I am grateful that the team was so supportive and kept me updated every step of the way about the progress of her diamond treasure. The diamond is absolutely beautiful just like she was.

Highly Recommend - Exemplary Customer Service
The people at Eterneva are very compassionate and thoughtful. Every step, from the first enquiry to follow up on the delivery of my loved one's diamond, they were warm, supportive and very professional. They kept me informed at every step and even included videos of my boy's crucible. The welcome video was a nice personal touch. I have already recommended Eterna to several people and will continue to do so.

A team of people that help with healing
I can’t even begin to tell you what an absolutely amazing experience this has been and it’s all because of the team at Eterneva that has helped me walk through this process. From the beginning they have made this experience personal, loving and it’s been full of compassion. I don’t know how the company chooses their employees but they nailed it with the team I have. They keep me informed on all the steps of the process with video or verbal information. Jacob even reached out during the holidays to just check in on me. So nice of him to do that.
