My experience with Epic Cellars was great.
From the first request for quotes to the ACH. Transfer instructions were clear, Amy and receiving staff were upfront with options and possible downsides. I always felt at ease with this transaction. I almost wish I had more product to sell, I thank you for responding to such a small collection. My thanks to all.

Initially I was skeptical of sending…
Initially I was skeptical of sending off my prized bottles of bourbon (hoping that it was legit). However, after some research and communication with a representative, I felt comfortable going through with it and I was extremely satisfied with the process. They were very open in communicating with me and didn't waste any time in getting me a fair offer for my bottles. As soon as they received my shipment, I was notified of receiving my payment within minutes. I would definitely recommend using this company to offload my collection.

Not so epic after all
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. Their "streamlined process" felt anything but – lots of back and forth, and the offer for my rare scotch was laughably low. Had to go elsewhere in the end. Thought they were supposed to be the best, but my experience was far from 5-star. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for fair value.

Smooth, quick, and fair - awesome experience
Sold some older Bordeaux vintages through Epic Cellars and it was super easy. They gave me a really competitive offer, much better than I expected. The whole process, from appraisal to getting the money, was incredibly fast. Seriously, if you're looking to sell your collection, these are the folks to call. Very happy with how it all went down.
