    WARNING: Unauthorized charges and predatory tactics

    I called in to discuss an auto warranty, but this turned into a nightmare of dishonest sales tactics. The representative, began pushing a home warranty. While I was specifically asking to review the total costs before making a decision, he ran my credit card without my final authorization. > When I caught the unauthorized charge and demanded an immediate cancellation, I was promised a refund that never arrived. To make matters worse, when I called back to cancel all services due to this breach of trust, I was told I’m "locked in" for 180 days on my auto policy. This was never disclosed to me during the initial sign-up and feels like a desperate attempt to hold my money hostage. This company is operating with zero integrity. If you value your financial security, do not give them your billing information. I am currently filing a formal dispute with my bank for the unauthorized transaction. Avoid this company at all costs.

    The experience wasn’t great because the agent was pushy.
