I had my first accountant improperly…
I had my first accountant improperly submit my taxes for $500 USD, and when I reached out to him with his error, and even after I offered to pay to fix it, he refused and washed his hands of me. Literally from taxes that won't go through! Will from Eco-tax calmly walked through the problem, came up with a simple solution, fixed what could have been a big problem for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Working with Julia this tax season was again a great experience. From the start, she was proactive, organized, and thorough — reaching out early to request the right documents and clearly explaining what was needed to finalize both personal and business returns. What really stood out was her attentiveness to detail. When we provided a last-minute form, she reviewed it right away and identified that we were eligible for the AOTC - turning what would have been a balance due into a refund. She also walked us through the IRA contribution option and its financial impact, making it easy to make an informed decision.On the business side, she patiently worked through a complex 401(k) contribution question, and so on. Julia is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about getting things right for her clients. We highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again next year.

Did my old CPA work for the IRS
My old CPA started making me feel like he worked for the IRS and not me. The company did not understand my business model. I spoke to a friend and referred me to Eco -tax. The companies customer service is beyond belief. I am so happy I made the switch. I used my old firm for 9 years and Eco worth has done 2 years of filing me me. I am extremely satisfied with the service i was provided. Rachael is such a doll. It’s rare these days to find people that takes customer service as seriously as i do with my own business. Wil is an easy to work with guy you answer his questions ans he gets it.
