Ebay Run By Complete Crooks
Remember ebay 20 yrs how great it was...remember 30 yrs ago when it was not...you would buy something it would never arrive and you would be out the money because they didn't have money back guarantee then. Today ebay is worse than ever. Customer service is almost impossible to reach and AI runs the show poorly at that. I've raised issues with items not arriving and was slapped with a ban. Ebay is a dump now, really gone downhill. I will never buy on that site again.

Don't expect any investigation of Fraud
Item from seller in China never arrived. When I complained they claimed to have labelled, posted & delivered all on the same day & provided tracking for 1st time. UPS confirmed it was medical goods taken to a warehouse & no delivery details matched: the seller, my name, my address all wrong. Ebay sided with seller as "item delivered" despite clear evidence a UPS tracking code was fraudulently used. Had to threaten court to get refund & trader still selling. Shameful.

Never again will I use eBay iv never been a fan of eBay I believe EBay use fraud Names and the sellers really don’t exist I ordered a gas part for my stove Gave me a date saying I will arrive Between the 21 -27 so I set up for my repair man to come on the 30 th Tracking showed it was at my post office Ready for delivery on the 26 the pkg New came as it should on the 27th So I look at the tracking on the 28th Now the pkg is showing it’s in Arizona So I reached out to the seller and 2 days Later they responded saying give it a little time it’s running behind now I’m confused because it was in my city postal service 2 days ago from California So they say now a few days later the pkg Is still sitting in Arizona I needed it 2 weeks ago so I ask eBay to step in They said let’s give it 12 more days I didn’t have 12 more days a To spare so I hired a company to come out and do the job because the part never came eBay and sparepartspc llc Got my money and a part iv never received I we’ll never ever use EBay again

As a seller
As a seller, to be told eBay needs to hold your money for two weeks in order to verify delivery and prevent a claim, after the delivery has been confirmed and buyer has posted positive feedback. This practice is nothing less than a scam and should be illegal. 1000% I won’t be selling anything on eBay any longer, selling moved to local platforms eBay can keep its fees and poor customer service practice.

See ebay does not reply to any bad reviews on here! Speaks volumes they keep removing my listings of legal 40 fm radio's says I'm violating their policy so I phone them up and they're quick to say it's down to artificial intelligence 🤣🤣🤣 bollocks and yet there are thousands of fm cb radio's on ebay for sale but not been removed oh it's because of artificial intelligence I'll be reporting them to rip off Britain ripping the seller off when they've not done anything wrong bunch of useless no hopers

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FRAUD CASES
Absolutely horrible experience after having an Ebay account for 20 years. I purchased a a direct-vent furnace for 1,400.00. It was my heat source ahead of a Maine winter. The seller was fraudulent, the item was not new as stated and was heavily damaged beyond use. I called Ebay right away and was told to refuse delivery-which I did. The item was returned to the seller who denied receiving it despite his signature accepting the return via UPS. I had every piece of evidence to support what should have been a simple return, pictures,emails,the return through UPS, etc. Instead I spent hours upon hours on the phone with Ebay, getting a different answer every time. Long story short, I didn't get the furnace that I paid $1,400 for, nor did I get a single dollar back. I will also never use Ebay again and I suggest anyone considering it, not to. That level of frustration isn't worth a thing they sell. Ebay buyer protection is absolutley non-existant and they simply don't care. I urge you to take your business elsewhere.

absolutely awful experience
absolutely awful experience. i've purchased a nice doll, than suddenly got blocked. i tried to connect with customer support with phone and it was even more awhul. the woman from support just ended the call and didn't even let me finish my thoughts. initially they blocked me because my first and last name matched my email's first and last name(my email has silly name and they didn't like it). never again.
