Price and safety
I have been flying from Greece to New York four times a year 90% of my flights have been on Emirates. That's about 39 round trip tickets over the last 10 years and I only have 9000 SkyMiles. When I signed into the Emirates sky awards, I discovered that my points were not likely to be issued. I have learned the painful way that if you don't make sure your points are being issued, you might have to deal with the hassle of trying to upgrade. I am flying to New York tomorrow and have spent hours trying to get an upgrade. Ian discouraged and disappointed.

Some of these booking sites can be crazy-bad
And with a name like Cheapoair I was a little suspect... turns out that their customer service is beyond excellent. I have not had to wait on the phone more than 10 seconds to get an agent. Let's see if this service level continues but so far it's excellent.

Very Disappointing Experience
With the re-booking, I’ll have to wait at CNF airport for 20hrs. Who will pay for my expenses? I’m not concerned about meals but lodging. Staying for over 20 hrs in the foreign country is not a joke. When I booked my flight originally months in advance, it was Confirmed. You guys should work harder to honor your words.

Great last-minute flight!
Needed to fly out unexpectedly and thought I'd be stuck with crazy prices. CheapOair had a last-minute deal that saved me a ton of money. The whole process was straightforward, and I even got to choose my seat right away. Definitely a lifesaver when plans change suddenly.

Decent price, but some glitches

Solid choice for budget travel
