A F...g disgrace this company
A f...g disgrace this company. They cancelled my car reservation without asking me. They do NOT allow you to pay during the booking process. I had to make a new booking and when I got their confirmation I learnt they got me a car in the city centre and not at the airport. Charge fee for change is € 65.00 Absolutely outrageous.

Booked our car with them a while ago and everything has been outstanding. Notifications on what to do and what to bring. Easy to locate the desk in the terminal and super friendly staff. It was so nice to have such a hassle-free experience. Definitely use again
