    I really love my watch and from Cape…

    I really love my watch and from Cape Diablo. It is different from everyone else’s. It is hand made and I like that. The stones are smooth and beautiful. The company was very supportive when I needed to exchange it for a smaller size. I went back and bought a bracelet and will probably go back and buy my husband one too.

    If you want to turn your Apple Watch…

    If you want to turn your Apple Watch into a piece of art this is the store where you need to shop. I’ve purchased 2 watch bands and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of them both. They are definitely the same as pictured. Mailing time was very reasonable and they come in separate pouches that are great for gift giving. I’m sure I’ll be purchasing more for myself and gifts 🎁

    The watch band has fake plastic stones

    The watch band that I ordered was described as genuine stones but were instead plastic.The paint readily peeled off the plastic after the first wear. I asked for a refund, sent the band back, and a refund was refused.

    Thanks for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. We want to clarify a couple of points. The band is made with natural stone beads, and what may look like “peeling” is actually the natural veining, grain, and texture variations of the stone itself. It is not paint or a coating, so it will not flake off with wear. Regarding the return, your order was placed in August 2025, and you first contacted us in September. We promptly provided the return address and support at that time. After that, we did not receive any further updates until April 14, when you reached out again. It was only then that tracking was shared, showing the item had been returned on April 10. Since this falls well beyond our 30-day return window, a refund is not applicable under our policy. That said, we do understand your concern and want to help where we can. Even though the return was outside the return period, we’re still happy to offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture. We appreciate your understanding and hope this helps clarify the situation. Thank you, Edwina! 🙏💞

    My new Watch Bracelet 😍

    Ordered expedited service- never…

    Ordered expedited service- never received an update as to the exact ship date. Showed up USPS- 9 days later- Customer service is a nightmare- once received the LATE shipment- immediately emailed for a return- they require a picture of the shipment- emailed to them- still have not heard how and where to return.. HORRIBLE- SHADY business!!

    Quick delivery and repair.

    My orders came very quickly. I had to return 1 because the strap broke and they replaced it immediately. They also resized 1 of my bands as well. Very easy to work with their customer service dept. I would definitely recommend them and order again.

    Don’t fall for the pretty photos

    Pretty photos and offers of buy 2 get two free must be the only way they get business. It’s certainly not from repeat clients. Their products break quickly and easily, literally while you’re wearing them. The beaded bands stretch horribly and look awful while your watch clunks around on your wrist. Beads fall off the strands while you’re sitting at your desk working. Poorly made, poor quality.
