Not what I expected
Unfortunately this didn't live up to the marketing. The item arrived later than promised and didn't quite match the description. I hope they improve the experience for future customers.

Exceeded my expectations
Customer support actually answered my email within a few hours and resolved the issue without any back-and-forth. That alone earns my loyalty. Product itself is exactly as described.
