Smooth auction process
Attended one of their property auctions in Stoke looking for an investment. The team was really professional and the whole process was very well organised. Got a great deal on a commercial unit and the paperwork afterward was surprisingly straightforward. Glad I chose them.

We used Butters John Bee for the sale of our house in Stone, and honestly, they made it so easy. From the valuation to completion, the communication was excellent. They kept us updated every step of the way without us having to chase them. Definitely recommend them if you're selling in the Staffordshire area.
