Cancelled flight BUSA-24655402
I claimed the refund for my cancellled flight, BUSA-24655402, and they don't refund me yet. If You don't want to waste your money ,don't choose this company, it has the worst service.

Terrible! Had to repurchase flights
Terrible experience. BudgetAir entered our names incorrectly with the airlines, even though the e-tickets they issued to us showed the correct names. We discovered the problem during check-in and contacted BudgetAir multiple times by phone and email. Instead of fixing the issue, their customer service agents repeatedly claimed everything was fine, said the incorrect names would not matter, and stated that they had contacted the airline. That was not true. When I contacted the airline directly, they confirmed the names had to be corrected for boarding and that BudgetAir, as the third-party booking agent, needed to contact them to make the change. BudgetAir failed to do this despite multiple opportunities. Because the names were not corrected, we were not allowed to board and had to purchase new flights at our own expense. This was one of the worst travel booking experiences we have had, and I would strongly caution others against using this company.

Hello Rudolf, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Regarding the name display: airlines have a character limit, which means names can sometimes be displayed differently than on the e-ticket. However, to determine exactly what happened between the booking and the registration with the airline, we need more information. I would like to receive the new e-tickets and the corresponding invoice in PDF by email. Honestly DO NOT BOOK!! Worst possible experience with this airline, booked a flight with a connecting flight (it didn’t say it was a self transfer -at the time) then turns out it was a self transfer and there wasn’t enough time to get through immigration and re check back into our flight with the layover time. So I called, tried to change the 1st flight to an earlier one, the man I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful, basically saying it’s my fault for not checking the times when they sold me the flight in the first place. Anyway no cancellation or change available so had to just book another flight. Goodluck out there x

It is a set of separate flight tickets. A customer can chose that product during the booking process through the website and agreed to book by clicking. Our responsibility is to book the exact, separate tickets you selected and to be transparent that it is a "self-transfer." We cannot take financial responsibility for what happens between those separate flights, as this is a known risk of self-transfer bookings and clearly mentioned. Significant delay in refund
Booking Number: BUK-42795298 I am extremely disappointed with the service from BudgetAir. My flight from Manchester to Peshawar was cancelled by the airline. On 13th March, I received an email from BudgetAir confirming that my refund was “on the way” and that I would receive it within 10 days. However, as of today, I have not received any refund, nor have I received any further communication or updates regarding my case. What makes this even more frustrating is that there appears to be no proper way to contact them. Customer service is practically unreachable, and there is no clear support channel to resolve this issue. It feels like once they have your money, they disappear. This lack of communication and failure to process refunds within the promised timeframe is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend BudgetAir to anyone based on this experience. I expect my refund to be processed immediately.

Refusing full refund after airline cancellation – booking BUK-41715930
I am extremely disappointed with BudgetAir’s handling of my booking (BUK-41715930). Wizz Air cancelled my outbound flight (W95605 – London Gatwick to Jeddah). As a result, the return flight is no longer usable for the intended journey. Despite this, BudgetAir has only offered a partial refund for the outbound segment and is refusing to process a full refund for the entire booking. Under UK/EU passenger rights, when part of a journey is cancelled and the trip can no longer be fulfilled, passengers are entitled to a full refund for the entire booking. I have contacted BudgetAir multiple times and clearly requested a full refund, but I have not received a proper response. This is unacceptable and misleading. Customers should be aware that BudgetAir may delay or avoid issuing full refunds even when airlines cancel flights. If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and escalate this matter further. I expect BudgetAir to resolve this issue urgently.

Hello Shajidoor, Thank you for your feedback. It is clear that the cancellation of your flight to Jeddah has disrupted your travel plans. When you book separate tickets, they are treated separately. This means that the conditions for the return flight remain unchanged, even if the outbound journey is cancelled by the airline. Because there was no schedule change for the return flight, a full refund for that portion is not possible via the airline's standard procedure. I see that you have Refund Protect. This is the best way to look for a solution for the unused part of your trip. You can submit a claim via their portal using your booking details so that they can review it.
