Release is poor, but rachet is awesome!
A 60 to 90 lb dog places too much weight on the release mechanism. You are forced to use pliers to release the mechanism. Plus, the instructions had no diagram or link to a video to show how the unit works. I had to do this by trial and error with weights. Rachet was awesome, though.
