    Ruined MOTHERS DAY

    I’m reaching out because the arrangement I received was completely different from what was ordered, and to make matters worse, nearly half of the flowers arrived dead or already wilting. Honestly, it looked like the bouquet lost a fight in cargo before it even got delivered. This was supposed to be for a special occasion, and instead it was a total disaster and pretty embarrassing to give to someone in this condition. I would appreciate this being resolved immediately with either: • A full replacement that actually matches the arrangement ordered or • A full refund. I’ve attached photos showing the condition and the differences from what was advertised. Please let me know how you plan to fix this ASAP. Thank you.

    Flowers in April subscription were terrible

    Flowers in April subscription were plucked way before they should've been. They came in as buds and remained that way and didn't bloom. Very disappointing. Flowers dried up in 3 days.

    Nice website…delivery is now going to be three days late.

    The website is great and easy to navigate, however my mom's flowers were supposed to arrive on Friday, May 8th, 2026 and I was notified that it’s delayed and won’t be delivered until Monday, May 11, 2026. That’s after Mother’s Day! Not a great experience for my first time using this company.

    Don't waste your money

    My small bouquet came smaller than it was supposed to be with missing some flowers and one of the Poms was brown. The purple Reign came with daisies which are not included in the description. They used cheaper and different flowers because I got a discount and free delivery. They also came directly from Bogota, not here in the U.S. so it took 5 to 6 days to get to my mom's house.

    The flowers arrived withered

    The flowers arrived withered, 3 rose heads were already popped off the stems. My mother enjoyed them regardless because 'it's the thought that counts' she says...

    Every year my T-Mobile Tuesday benefit…

    Every year my T-Mobile Tuesday benefit app gives me $25 off plus free shipping on my mother's Day flowers. I am able to easily send flowers only taking 5 minutes to process. Otherwise too expensive to send flowers. Bouqs seems to consistently have very fresh flowers.
