The Varia Radar tail light is AWESOME
The Varia Radar tail light is AWESOME! I rode the trails in Florida so didn’t need to worry about cars. Now I’m in Missouri riding roads again.First ride and I was amazed. Just have to figure out how to check battery level. Shipping from BTD through Amazon seems about the same duration. Great price on this tail light!! Thank you

Open Box When I Ordered New
I ordered a new SRAM 11 speed Chain, however the plastic box that holds the chain had the bottom half broken off and the chain was held in with clear packing tape. The lubricant on it was tacky instead of slick which suggests the chain was laying about or possibly even used? Very disappointed.

Unfortunately this is pretty common with Sram chains,especially the 11 speed ones. They are indeed tacky though. Please install and let us know if there are any issues, I am sure it's fine once on the bike.

First Order came faster than I had…
First Order came faster than I had Anticipated. Then the Second - not so much ... but on the first I thought I had checked the Schrader valves in the selection but what was delivered was Presta ... So I called about the timing (not the Valves ... But they (He) did the tracking for me and told me why dalayed - ... - It was then just out of Curiosity i asked about the rim side of presta protection for Schrader tubes and he offered THE SATISFACTORY SOLOUTION ... that's BIG to me now I'm Loyal! Thanks so much!
