I bought a new laptop from the Best Buy in Spanish Springs Nevada on 11/05/2025. When I bought it, they said it would only be at most a couple of days to transfer my stuff from the old Laptop to the new one, well it ended up being over a week, their one and only trained tech ended up on funeral leave. I brought it back in on 02/09/2026 because it was having issues. Since I didn't buy the extended warranty, I would have to pay $100.00 just diagnose the problem and then pay to get it fixed. They offered me the extended warrant $179.00. I took it, well they had it 3 days, said they replaced the graphics card and that it was good to go. It was still acting up when I got home, so I called their on-tech support, they worked on it for 1.5 hours minimum and still has the same issues. I called the store, and again their answer was to bring it in and leave it, one more time. So, I called the complaint department, and I was informed to call H.P So once again being passed off and no reasonability or accountability on their part.

Decent, but room to improve
Mostly happy with my purchase. The item is solid, but the website could use some improvements — checkout felt slow and tracking info wasn't very detailed. Would still buy from them again.
