After I had some glitches on getting an order placed on the weekend I called & talked to Tia (I think- I’m bad with names), she was great too! She got the order all straightened out & my socks were fully knocked off when my order arrived the following day!!!

They answered the phone right away. No telephone tree. They had good understanding of product I was asking for and spent the time to explain how to set it up and make it work. I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon and got it on a Thursday afternoon. Even though I was many, many miles away in Florida. The plastic lifter I bought is very heavily constructed and looks like it will last a long time. I am still learning how to use the machine but so far I am satisfied. I'm hoping to fine tune it and make it work perfect for my operation. It's nice to work with good people.
