I appreciate the process that Belong has to see if your home meets their strict standards for rentability. Kyle who came to our home to do the inspection was very professional. Nathan the account executive who has been assigned to us explains everything in detail and with clarity. He followed up with an email that did the same. Nathan is very professional and courteous. We love our interaction with him and look forward to doing business with him and Belong in the future.

So sad to be writing this review but I hope it helps someone else before they get duped by Belong. I signed up for Belong on two properties. 1) They leased my beautiful 4bd for $600 LESS per month than they originally quoted after about 3 weeks of applications. They also did not tell me about FOUR DOGS that would be accompanying the tenants. 2) They convinced me to agree to lower rent by saying they'd discount their monthly fee and discounted one-time fee. Neither of these have occurred and suddenly they cannot identify which staff offered me these discounts on TEXT MESSAGE THREAD. 3) The second property they dropped in price every few days despite multiple applications coming in. (Their criteria for renting is very high since they offer the rent guarantee. Not everyone can meet 4x rent + 700 credit score and I'd be happy at our price points letting someone rent in mid 600s. Any experienced landlord knows that at this credit, tenants score rarely leave and usually pay their rent even if they have missed another bill in the past.) 4) They pass you to many different people. You start off with one account manager and by the time a lease is signed you have about 20 emails and people constantly turning over on your account. 5) They have hidden fees that you don't approve such as "rent abatement" and other specials they've promised tenants without consulting with you as the owner first. It's my fault for trusting them. I'm pregnant and should have stayed on top of them but that's why I hired an expensive company, so I wouldn't have to think. Joke's on me.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Belong so far. The move-in process was smooth, communication has been clear, and the team has been very attentive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Vanessa and the support staff have been wonderful to work with and have made us feel truly welcomed in our new home. We also appreciate that they take the time to personally check in with residents to make sure everything is going well. It really shows that they care about their tenants’ experience.

Belen has been fantastic
Belen has been fantastic! I recently disconnected my internet service at a rental property and needed to return the provider’s equipment. She coordinated directly with the tenant and made sure the equipment was returned to me. Also, I'm renting my 2nd property, and I've had such a positive experience with my rental properties. I’d like to thank Nicolas, Belen, Daniel, Candy, and the entire Belong team for their exceptional service. They truly live up to the standards they promote on their website.
