Not what I ordered
The flowers were received on time but they were nothing like what I ordered from the picture. It was a birthday gift for a stepMom and I ordered light pinks and purples and what was sent were red and white roses (it looked more like a condolence arrangement). Not happy about that.

If I could give negative stars I'd actually give it 5
This place was so hard to deal with 0 customer service. I paid the fast delivery charge and still no flowers days later they won't reach out to me to resolve this....this business can improve by 1) actually delivering the flowers people order and 2) having some kind of customer service!! I will NEVER order again this is ridiculous.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I placed an order 6 days (May 20, 2026) prior to my requested delivery date which was (May 26, 2026) I ordered online via Avas Flowers website. Only to receive a phone call around 11:45AM on May 26, 2026 stating there was a problem with my order.

Blatantly lied and delivered a week late
Ordered Mother's Day flowers, and was told they had "flex delivery" for the 9th or 10th. No big deal, until those days came and went without a delivery. Online it said my order had a delivery date of the 11th; not what I scheduled, but either way it's the 12th and they hadn't been delivered either. I ask my Mom and she says she hasn't received them. I file for a refund, and on the 16th, I get "Delivery Confirmation from the local florist" they were delivered on the 12th, when they weren't. Two more days go by, and then FINALLY, the flowers actually show up, on the 18th. So Mother's Day flowers 9 days after the "Flex Delivery" Mother's Day, and almost a week from when they lied and said they were delivered. Fantastic.
