    Helpful, Fast, and No Upfront Fee

    Alhaysa was polite, professional, and very helpful. I explained that my Zonveer A20 eBike is unsafe to ride because the rear brake caliper/adapter bolt broke, and the brake system needs repair. She listened, confirmed my protection plan, filed the claim, gave me a service request number, and explained that the claim would be reviewed with no service or claim fee.

    Quick fix for a pricey laptop

    My high-end gaming laptop started acting up and I was dreading the repair cost. Asurion's plan covered it perfectly. Sent it in, got it back faster than I expected, and everything's running smoothly again. Definitely worth having for peace of mind.

    Total nightmare and waste of money

    My washing machine broke and I've been without it for weeks! Asurion sent out a technician who couldn't fix it, then said they'd replace it, but I'm still waiting for the new one to even ship. Their customer service has been unhelpful and I just want my machine back or a refund for this useless plan.

    Saved my phone, saved my sanity!

    Seriously, I dropped my new iPhone and shattered the screen. Thought I was out of luck. Called Asurion and they had a tech out to my house THE NEXT DAY. He fixed it up like new right on my kitchen table. So easy and saved me a ton of hassle.

    Okay, but a bit slow

    Had an issue with my smart TV; it just wouldn't turn on. Filed a claim with Asurion and it took a few days longer than I hoped to get someone out. The technician was knowledgeable once he arrived though, and fixed it up. Just wish the response time was a little quicker.

    Essential for clumsy people!

    Look, I'm just bad with electronics. My tablet has taken a few tumbles. Asurion has replaced it twice now, no questions asked, just a small deductible. They make the process super simple and I can't imagine owning tech without their protection anymore.
