I received my purchase and I was not…
I received my purchase and I was not impressed. I had no idea that the product was so small. Although, I knew I was purchasing a mini, I had no idea it would be the size of “salt shaker”. Not happy at all!

Such an Exquisite Piece of Art!
The etched crystal piece is absolutely artwork! I was blown away when I received it. It is stunning and breathtaking. Really neat gift idea!
I ordered a small crystal with a picture of my dog for my mom, and she absolutely loved it! The detail in the etching was surprisingly good, and it really brought the photo to life. It made for a very personal and memorable present. Fast shipping was a bonus too.

Surprised my husband and he loved it
My husband is impossible to shop for, seriously. I took a chance on ArtPix with one of our wedding photos and he was genuinely touched. The clarity of the 3D effect in the crystal was impressive, and the turnaround was quicker than I expected given it's a custom item. It's now proudly displayed on his desk.

It's ok, but a bit pricey
The crystal itself is pretty cool, and they captured the image well. It arrived on time before the birthday. My main complaint is the price; it feels a little steep for what it is, even though it's unique. I probably wouldn't get another one unless it was a super special occasion.

Decent, but a few small issues
The crystal arrived and it looks pretty good with our family photo inside. The packaging was a little flimsy though, and I was worried it might have gotten damaged. Luckily it was fine. The website was easy enough to use, but the final product didn't quite have the 'wow' factor I was expecting from the examples.

Perfect for an anniversary!
I got one of these for our 10th anniversary, etching in a picture from our honeymoon. It came out beautifully! The quality of the crystal feels solid and expensive, and the 3D effect is really captivating. It definitely feels like a high-end, thoughtful gift that will last for years. Highly recommend for those 'hard to buy for' people.
